Site Lead (Joinery / Carpentry)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Training + Vehicle + Company Benefits

Are you a Site Lead or similar with a Joinery / Carpentry background looking for a varied role where you will be the go-to person on-site for major projects within a well-established company that offers technical progression and a range of benefits including a bonus?

This is an autonomous role where you will be the main contact on-site. Responsibilities include organizing crews and materials, conducting site performance checks, and liaising with clients, all while ensuring high standards of quality until project completion.
