Job summary

  • Prioritizing maintenance activities in collaboration with Field Service and Agreement Manager.
  • Adhering to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines.
  • Coordinating logistic processes.
  • Providing continuous reports to the Agreement Manager.
  • Maintaining high-quality plant operation.

Job description

In this position, you will work closely with the contract manager to fulfill the agreement requirements and strengthen our site operation. The ideal candidate would have a background in Field Service or similar activities. As a Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring that the performance targets of the plant are met according to the contract.
  2. Training the plant crew on operation procedures and standards.
  3. Assisting the Agreement Manager as required.
  4. Developing operational routines at the plant.
  5. Prioritizing maintenance activities in collaboration with Field Service and Agreement Manager.
  6. Adhering to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines, as well as customer site procedures.
  7. Coordinating logistic processes.
  8. Providing continuous reports to the Agreement Manager.
  9. Maintaining high-quality plant operation. Some travel (approximately 20%) is required to meet with customers worldwide, though most meetings are virtual.
