Up Front Recruitment is partnering with a civil engineering contractor in Sheffield to appoint a Non-working Site Supervisor for Groundworks, Highways & Surfacing. You will oversee multiple live projects regionally, coordinating site activity without performing manual tasks.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in groundworks, highways or civils, with strong health & safety focus and the ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising groundworks, highways, drainage or surfacing.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple live sites across Sheffield and surrounding region.
• Ensure works progress safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
