About the Role:

Are you a Site Supervisor or similar seeking a varied leadership role working on EV Construction projects? Join a well-established Contractor working with globally recognizable clients across the UK. They offer a company bonus and opportunities for progression to senior roles. The company operates in various sectors, primarily Civils and EV, and has experienced continual growth while maintaining a loyal client base ranging from local companies to global corporations. Due to increasing workload, they are expanding their Project Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead site teams (typically 5-10 personnel) on EV construction projects.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits and stay away when required, mainly around North of England and Scotland.
• Report to the Project Manager and work closely with other departments.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Background in Construction and EV sectors.
• Full Driving Licence and willing to travel and stay away as needed.
