Job summary

Pontoon is seeking a Project Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee infrastructure construction from our Harker site. You will act as the CDM client representative and coordinate with the principal contractor to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

You will supervise NEC-based activities, manage defects and documentation, and lead pre-mobilisation and routine site meetings. Relevant qualifications in health, safety and project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project supervision or site management within the infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and NEC contract frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• CDM 2015 Client Representative duties and collaboration with the Principal Contractor.
• Oversee NEC contract activities, monitor timelines and quality documentation.
• Conduct pre-mobilisation meetings and review key project documents.
• Lead site inductions and ensure CDM compliance throughout construction.
• Chair weekly safety and quality meetings and maintain project records.
