Job description

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, split shift.Closing date Saturday 16 August, 2025.

The Headteacher and Governors wish to appoint a Site Supervisor/Caretaker.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and enthusiastic about supporting us in making our school the best it can be.

Previous experience of caretaking, working in a school environment or in building security would be desirable but isn’t essential as training will be given. You will have a willingness to undergo training to develop your skills. A driving licence is essential, as part of your role is to drive the minibus on the morning and afternoon for our minibus pupil pick up and drop off service. A grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English is desirable.

You will work a split shift Monday to Friday and may be required to work evenings and weekends. Annual leave is to be taken during school holiday periods.
