Job description

Important

Location: North London

Various sites, primarily focused on streetworks and utility maintenance.

Scope of Work:

  1. Supervising the removal and replacement of chambers and interceptors.
  2. Overseeing excavation, backfilling, and reinstatement of trenches.
  3. Ensuring compliance with Streetworks and Health & Safety regulations.
  4. Managing confined space operations as required.
  5. Coordinating with site management, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain smooth project progression.
  6. Conducting safety briefings and toolbox talks to ensure high standards are maintained.

Key Requirements:

  1. SSSTS.
  2. Streetworks ticket (preferred).
  3. Proven experience leading and managing small teams effectively.
  4. Experience working on the Thames Water Framework (preferred).
  5. Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and compliance.
  6. Ability to manage workloads, schedules, and team performance efficiently.

Competitive rates based on experience and qualifications.

Long-term stability with 14 months of guaranteed work.

Opportunity for further projects upon successful completion.

Duration: 14 months, with potential for contract extension based on performance.

Start Date: June.
