About The Role

A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time site manager to join our growing team, a leading Facilities Management company working with a prestigious client.

Location: Tamworth, B77
Shifts: 35 hours a week, 5 days over 7 on rota
Payrate: £13.21 per hour (Overtime available, calculated hourly)

This will be a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week across a 5 out of 7 working pattern (including evenings and weekends), where flexibility is vital to be successful within this role.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations at the motorway services, ensuring smooth site operations and high-quality service.
  • Act as a point of contact between the client, service providers, and the site team to ensure clear communication and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery standards and KPIs, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  • Support initiatives to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance requirements are met, including staff training.
  • Foster a positive working environment, supporting and engaging team members.
  • Handle employee relations matters in collaboration with HR.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns, service issues, or emergencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and service providers.
  • Lead by example, coaching and supporting the team.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs.
  • Promote best practices and share knowledge for continuous improvement.

Start Time & End Time

Various shifts are required, including 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, or 10:00 - 06:00, to ensure site coverage.
