Job summary

Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Working Foreman/Supervisor for a global Civil Engineering solutions business, delivering concrete repairs and civils work across the North West within the United Utilities Framework.

You will coordinate gangs, brief RAMS, monitor progress, and conduct HSE toolbox talks, with site permits and plant checks, supporting the Site Agent day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civils gangs on projects over £500k.
• Experience as Supervisor on Concrete Repairs or Clean Water Tank Repairs.
• Detailed knowledge of concrete repairs, structures, waterproofing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate gangs and allocate staff.
• Brief RAMS and site permits.
• Monitor progress and site safety with toolbox talks.
• Conduct plant checks and assist Site Agent daily.

Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Working Foreman/Supervisor on behalf of a global Civil Engineering solutions business, working on schemes across the North West as part of the United Utilities Framework.

This opportunity will present a clear pipeline of work in the region covering various concrete repairs jobs and growing their presence in the region

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for coordinating gangs.
• Briefing RAMS.
• Putting staff to work and monitoring progress.
• HSE toolbox talks.
• Site permits.
• Plant checks.
• Assisting Site Agent with daily running of site.

Experience required:

• Experience working as Supervisor on Concrete Repairs or for Clean Water Tank Repairs.
• Experience supervising civils gangs on projects 500k+.
• Detailed knowledge with: concrete repairs, structures, waterproofing etc.
• SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS.

Remuneration:

A salary of up to 45,000 (Depending on Experience) + package and other excellent benefits included with being an employee of the company.
