Teamforce Labourare currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a large-scale civils project in Saxmundham, Suffolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in managing on-site operations, particularly within civil engineering and deep drainage works.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Coordinate and manage site operatives, subcontractors, and plant/equipment
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
• Assist in the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and site paperwork
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the Site Agent/Project Manager
• Identify and resolve any site issues, escalating where necessary
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project drawings and specifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on civils or deep drainage projects
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and site procedures
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Gold CSCS card required
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Good communication and organisational skills
