Job description

Site Supervisor - Office Fit Out

Location: Peterborough

Duration: 4 Months

Start Date: 07/07/2025

Our established client is currently seeking a Site Supervisor to work under a Site Supervisor Manager / Project Manager on an office fit-out project in Peterborough. The project will involve phased work with tenants moving in and out.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of health and safety protocols, oversee tradesmen, ensure the project remains on track for completion, possess good client-facing communication skills, and be IT literate.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing sub-contractors
2. Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed
3. Monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion
4. Communicating effectively with clients and team members

Candidate Requirements:

1. SMSTS / SSSTS certification
2. CSCS Card
3. First Aid at Work (FAW)
4. Experience in office fit-out projects
