Job summary

Carnell Support Services Ltd is looking for a proactive and supportive Site Supervisor to join our Technology & Infrastructure team. You’ll coordinate projects, support colleagues and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards across sites nationwide.

You’ll lead by example, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and manage subcontractors and visitors while maintaining safe, clean, and compliant sites. Occasional travel and night shifts apply.

Qualifications

• CSCS Supervisor Card required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS required.
• NRSWA Accreditation required.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in drainage, earthworks, road construction or civil engineering.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Flexible approach to travel and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard

Join Our Team

We're looking for a proactive and supportive Site Supervisor to join our Technology & Infrastructure team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people together, leading by example and delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently. You'll be the key link between our clients and operational teams, helping to coordinate projects, support colleagues and ensure works are delivered to the highest standards. You'll work across sites nationwide, with a mix of day and night shifts and occasional working away from home.
