Job summary

E.ON UK is seeking an organised, proactive professional to manage a network of contractors delivering domestic energy efficiency improvement projects. The role focuses on safety, compliance and high workmanship standards while ensuring excellent customer service and programme delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, contractors and clients to meet HSSE requirements, ensure compliance, and achieve project targets within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing contractors or delivery partners within construction, retrofit or energy efficiency sectors.
  • Good understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and health and safety best practice.
  • Knowledge of PAS 2030, PAS 2035, MCS, Gas Safe and Building Regulations.
  • Experience reviewing technical and compliance documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) requirements on projects.
  • Assist Site Manager with Construction Phase Plans and RAM reviews.
  • Deliver site inductions for operatives and visitors.
  • Carry out Work in Progress (WIP) safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Promote Near Miss reporting and contribute to safety trend analysis.
  • Review retrofit documentation and ensure client portal uploads.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and collaborative colleagues to join our team, supporting the delivery of domestic energy efficiency improvement projects. This role is responsible for managing a network of contractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest workmanship standards, while maintaining excellent customer service and supporting programme delivery
