Sperrin Facades Ltd is a specialist subcontractor focused on the design, supply and installation of rainscreen cladding systems across the island of Ireland.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located on a large upcoming project in Waterford. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations relating to the execution of our facades package of works on the project, ensuring that the works are planned and co-ordinated and adhere to Sperrin Facades high standards of quality and safety.

Key tasks include supervising on-site labour, setting out and dimension checks, coordinating work activities, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and liaising with the client, labour subcontractors, and suppliers. The Site Supervisor will also maintain detailed quality control and as-built project documentation using our software packages and Go-pro system.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site management and supervision
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors and clients,
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and adherence to compliance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Relevant certifications in construction management or a related field are a plus
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required
