Job summary

A specialist recruitment agency is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee minor civils works in Lincoln. The role includes supervising a groundworks team, ensuring safety on-site, conducting staff inductions, and liaising with the principal contractor. Candidates must have a CSCS Card and preferably hold SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications. First Aid certification is beneficial for this onsite position.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification mandatory.
• NRSWA certification is preferred but not essential.
• First Aid certification is preferred.

Unite People are working with a specialist civils contractor to hire a Site Supervisor, overseeing minor civils works in Lincoln.

The project involves Supervision of a small Groundworks gang who are carrying out paving, shallow drainage and tarmac.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Supervision of construction activity onsite, overseeing works are carried out in a safe manor.
• Carrying out inductions for site staff
• Liaising with the principal contractor providing progress updates.
• Taking photos and recording diaries.

Skills/ qualifications & experience

• CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• NRSWA is essential not essential
• First Aid is preferred
