Foundation Personnel Limited is currently recruiting an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join our team for an immediate start on a project in Leiston, Suffolk. The ideal candidate will possess an SSSTS, CSCS Gold Card, and have good experience in Bulk Earthmoving operations.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Bulk Excavations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of earthworks operations on site.
• Supervise a team of operators and laborers to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure project timelines and targets are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations and report to higher management.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Earthworks Site Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of Earthworks, Excavations, Groundworks & Soil Stabilization techniques
• Valid UK driver’s license
• Minimum SSSTS
• A Safety Critical Medical
• CSCS Gold Card
• Plant CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Hologram (Advantageous)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and its best practices
