Job description

We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to work on a Civil Engineering scheme.

This is a civil engineering project in Invergordon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on the scheme
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, making safety a top priority.
  • Lead and motivate a team of dedicated workers, driving them towards project success.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth execution of plans.
  • Monitor project progress, providing timely reports to higher authorities.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections to uphold the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Problem-solve on-the-fly to overcome challenges and keep the project on schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination.
