Position: Earthworks Supervisor
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Job Type: Ongoing Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage earthworks projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
• Manage resources, materials, and equipment effectively to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements:

• Extensive Earthworks Experience: A proven track record of managing earthworks projects and supervising teams in the field.
• Valid Gold Card: Must hold a current Gold Card as proof of competence in supervising construction works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• A solid understanding of health and safety practices within the construction industry.
• Previous experience working on large-scale civil engineering projects is highly desirable.
