Job summary

REFYT Ltd, a PAS 2035:2023 retrofit contractor, is hiring two Site Supervisors to oversee domestic retrofit installations across London, Surrey, Suffolk, Essex and Kent. This site-based role requires ensuring safety, quality and PAS 2035 compliance from start to finish for residents on live schemes.

You will supervise installers, conduct site inspections, manage RAMS and safety, gather evidence for compliance, and keep residents informed while coordinating with the office team and delivery staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on construction, housing or retrofit sites.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification is required/advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Organised and comfortable using a phone or tablet for site reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installers and subcontractors on site day to day.
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks on insulation and related retrofit works.
• Manage health and safety on site including RAMS, toolbox talks and site setup.
• Collect photo evidence and handover documents for PAS 2035 compliance.
• Liaise with residents, keep them informed and resolve issues quickly.
• Report progress and issues to the project delivery team; coordinate scaffolding and site access.

REFYT Ltd is a PAS 2035:2023 retrofit contractor based in East London, London. We deliver Warm Homes and social housing retrofit schemes across London, Surrey, Suffolk, Essex and Kent.

The role

We are hiring two Site Supervisors to oversee our domestic retrofit installations. This is a site based role, working on our live schemes across London, Surrey, Suffolk, Essex and Kent. You will make sure every job is installed safely, to specification and to PAS 2035 standards, and that residents are looked after from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installers and subcontractors on site day to day
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks on external and internal wall insulation, loft and cavity wall insulation, ventilation, heat pumps and solar PV
• Manage health and safety on site, including RAMS, toolbox talks and site set up
• Collect the photo evidence and handover documents needed for PAS 2035 compliance and lodgement
• Liaise with residents, keep them informed and resolve issues quicklyReport progress, snags and issues to the project delivery team
• Coordinate scaffolding, materials and access with the office team

What we are looking for

• Experience supervising on construction, housing or retrofit sites
• Retrofit experience is desirable, particularly on domestic energy efficiency or social housing schemes
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Good knowledge of insulation and building fabric measures. PAS 2035 knowledge is an advantage
• Confident communicator with residents, installers and clients
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel between sites
• Organised and comfortable using a phone or tablet for site reporting
