Job description

We are currently hiring for an experienced Site Supervisor to support our Responsive team. The main purpose of the role is to provide support, experience and expertise to the existing team.

The ideal candidate must have:

Valid UK Driving licence

CSCS Card Holder

Knowledge and Experience of Flat, Liquid and Pitched roofing

Understanding of Flat and Pitched roofing specifications

SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid preferred

Responsibilities:

Quality Audits on Works in Progress, and Materials Audits to monitor deliveries and ensure they are correct

Using business specific applications on the Company Mobile Phone

Carry out Tool Box Talks and Health and Safety checks

Ensure that Operatives are complying with all H&S requirements including wearing PPE and signing in and out of site

Ensure that works are running to Programme, highlight anything that may cause delays and inform the Operations Manager of any concerns.

Compare Works in Progress against the Programme, to both ensure that targets are met and to allow for processing of applications for Client payments

Attend site Meetings with Clients and be a Point of Contact for Site Management.

Provide weekly progress reports to the Operations Manager

Submit material schedules of up-coming works so they are ordered in a timely fashion

Liaise with the Client Site Manager to get sign off sheets of completed works

Other Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook

Problem Solver happy to collaborate with colleagues to find solutions

Always presented in a Professional, Collaborative and Helpful manner

Self-starter with own initiative

PPE and Training are both provided.

Company Vehicle, Computer, Mobile Phone and Uniform will be provided.
