  • Work collaboratively with staff, following the Maritime behaviours to create a safe, positive, and inspiring learning environment.
  • Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all site users, ensuring the school remains clean, functional, and compliant.

  • A positive, flexible approach and the ability to use initiative.
  • IT Literate with experience using Microsoft and Google suites and experience using CAFM systems or willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in premises work is a bonus, but not essential — full training will be provided.
  • Understanding of and/or experience with health & safety and legal compliance requirements and/or willingness to learn.
  • Experience in completing repairs and general maintenance tasks.
  • Is a team player, ready to work collaboratively with staff and the wider community
  • Shares our vision for maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.

In Return, We Offer:

  • A positive, happy, and supportive working environment.
  • A fantastic school community working together to achieve the best outcomes for our pupils.
