As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the school premises. Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting inspections and addressing hazards.
  • Supervise custodial and maintenance staff, providing guidance and evaluations.
  • Implement preventive maintenance to prolong facilities and equipment lifespan.
