We are seeking a dedicated School Site Supervisor to join our team on a full time ongoing basis.This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and maintenance of the school premises, providing a secure and clean environment for all staff and students.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Open and close the school premises, ensuring that all security measures are in place.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and maintenance tasks throughout the school grounds and buildings.
  • Coordinate with contractors and manage any onsite maintenance or repair work.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, including managing supplies for cleaning and minor repairs.
  • Respond to any immediate operational issues or emergencies with promptness and efficiency.
  • Support the organisation of school events by setting up necessary equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, safety checks, and any incidents on the school premises.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and handle maintenance equipment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Enhanced DBS check will be required.
