Enerveo in London is seeking a Site Supervisor/Project Manager to lead and manage a maintenance team delivering street lighting and highway electrical works across the contract area. You will oversee day-to-day operations, plan workloads, coordinate resources and ensure all tasks are completed safely and in line with the programme.
The role requires coordinating with the Operations Manager, client-facing duties and HR tasks (holidays and attendance).

Job Title: Site Supervisor/Project Manager
Base Location: London, Ealing Depot.
Salary: From £39,279 - £51,875 depending on skills and experience and working hours - London allowance, Bonus scheme plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Full Time (37 Hours), Monday - Thursday 7am-3.30pm and Friday 7am-3pm.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team delivering routine maintenance activities across the contract area. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including routine painting works and the completion of the remaining LED replacement programme. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, setting teams to work, preparing job packs, carrying out site safety visits, planning and scheduling activities, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.
In a typical day, you could expect to be:
You’ll be part of an on-call rota, covering one week in every 10, to provide support for Operatives attending emergency call-outs in the region. This comes with additional standby payments.
