Job description

Site Supervisor/Working Foreman, Various projects Exeter and Plymouth

Rate: £20-£25 per hour (depending on experience)

Role: Site Supervisor required to work on various new project starts including public sector school works and commercial refurbishment projects circa £100k-£300K in value. Overseeing the project from start to finish overseeing subcontractors, responsible for site delivery, site health and safety. Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. Continued work beyond summer if things go well.

Individual: Candidate will need to come from a trade background, ideally carpentry but other internal trades considered. Will need to be hands on and not be afraid to muck in when needed to help push a project over the line. Valid SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid required. Will need to have a valid licence and be a car driver due to location of sites.
