  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and site regulations.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, permits, and inspection records.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and enforce safety compliance.
  • Monitor equipment and material deliveries, ensuring readiness for scheduled work.
  • Support troubleshooting and provide technical guidance to site teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience supervising industrial or heavy machinery projects, ideally involving furnaces or charging systems.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with heavy equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
  • Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, or process environments preferred.
  • Willing to work on site in Alabama and in the UK
