Job summary

ICTS Ltd is seeking a vigilant Security Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a prestigious client site in Westminster. You will lead a small team, conduct patrols, CCTV monitoring, reports, and liaise with the Site Security Manager.

The role requires SIA Licence, DV clearance eligibility (UK residency 10 years), CRC checks, excellent English, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Oversee security operations on shift and supervise a security team.
• Requirements include excellent English communication and reporting.
• UK driving licence is essential for site access and mobility.
• Willingness to obtain Developed Vetting (DV) clearance and residency of 10 years in the UK.
• Be prepared to pass a criminal records check (CRC) and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on shift, including CCTV, patrols, and incident reporting.
• Liaise with the CGF Site Security Manager on day-to-day tasks and deployments.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and manage evacuations when required.
• Prepare and file comprehensive incident reports and maintain logs.
• Coach, train, and mentor new team members; delegate tasks to meet targets.
• Ensure readiness for DV clearance and CRC compliance, and document eligibility to work in the UK.

Job description

Within this active supervisory role, you will be required to ensure the security and safety of a prestigious client site. Duties Working as part of a team in a modern, fast-paced environment, you will carry out a range of duties including:

• Overall responsibility for the security operations on shift (SIA checks, uniform and appearance of the officers, team briefing, handover, patrols including CCTV, checks, reporting any equipment faults)
• Liaise with the CGF Site Security Manager for day-to-day operations.
• To report and respond to all security incidents and emergency situations.
• Attend and manage all security-related incidents, including fire evacuation and conflict management, including physical intervention.
• Assist the CGF Site Manager in carrying out investigations and issuing reports of non-conformities or letters of concern when required.
• Responsible for comprehensive report writing in relation to incidents; all daily activities are logged.
• Escalate incidents to ICTS management
• Ensure standing orders as well as Risk Assessments are read, understood, and signed.
• Recommend to the CGF Site Manager any changes needed to standing orders.
• Ensure all security documentation is filled in correctly.
• Ensure the CGF Site Manager is briefed on site activities daily.
• Ensure all security areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Report loss/damage of security equipment
• Able to coach, train and mentor a new team member. Be able to delegate to and empower the team to achieve desired results.
• Able to maintain confidentiality, stay professional and avoid favouritism within the team. Willingness and eligibility to obtain and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) clearance, including a minimum of 10 years' UK residency
• To pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards
• Document to prove eligibility to work within the UK if applicable
• Excellent command of English - both oral and written
• SIA licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding and a CCTV Licence
• Full, clean manual UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Experience in supervising

Security Clearance
