Position: Site Supervisor

Project: Gas Scheme – Civils Oversight
Salary:£280 per shift
Hours: 07:30–17:00

Foundation Personnelis looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee operations on a live gas infrastructure project in Chelmsford. The role involves supervising a team carrying out civil works, including gas mains laying, ducting, and drainage, while ensuring work is conducted safely and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support operatives on civil aspects of the gas scheme

• Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project RAMS

• Oversee and sign off on installations, including mains laying and excavation

• Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials and plant are used effectively

• Liaise with project managers and engineers regarding progress and site needs

• Maintain site records and daily reports as required
