Job summary

TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor for ad-hoc, night-shift coverage across the UK. You will oversee on-site operations during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping, coordinating drivers, vehicle movements and reporting between TRO, clients, installers and transport partners.

The role requires travel within regions, occasional overnight stays, and flexibility to work evenings and nights. Prior experience in events, logistics, or fleet operations and a full UK driving license are

Job description

Fleet Operations Site Supervisor

Contract Type: Ad-hoc, shift-based; Monday – Friday, night shifts.

Working Hours: Typically, 8:00pm–6:00am, subject to operational requirements.

Pay & Benefits

£20.00 per hour PAYE, up to 12.07% holiday pay, hire car and fuel card available where required, accommodation provided when required and approved.

Location

We are actively recruiting Site Supervisors across the UK, with priority requirements Plymouth. Candidates should be willing to travel within their allocated region and support neighbouring regions where required.

Live Dates

This is an ad-hoc role operating between 19th - 23rd October 2026 and shifts will be offered in line with operational demand. We are looking for flexible individuals who can commit to being available across the campaign window and are able to pick up shifts on sporadic dates, including evenings, nights where required. Candidates with greater availability throughout the period will be highly valued.

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activity. The role ensures safe and efficient delivery across evening and night shifts, coordinating drivers, key control, vehicle movements and communication between TRO, Client, installers and transport partners.

Due to the geographical spread of Client Delivery Stations, successful candidates must be comfortable travelling between multiple sites within their region and occasionally supporting neighbouring regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
