A leading parking management company in Belfast is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor. You will manage daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient in Excel. The position offers a competitive rate of £13.19 per hour, with an average of 37.5 hours per week.
We currently have an opportunity for a Site Supervisor at our site in Belfast. Reporting to the Assistant Area Operations Manager, your role as Site Supervisor will include:
• Managing the day to day running of the car park whilst maximising revenue and ensuring all users of the car park receive exceptional levels of customer service
• Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an effective and professional manner, and to provide efficient resolutions to queries
• Regular security patrols and completion of key logs
• Accurate completion of administrative tasks, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures
• Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance of the site, including fire checks
• Completion of reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for providing feedback and logging site issues to the Key Account Manager
• Supporting team members to ensure daily and weekly tasks outline by line management are achieved within the agreed timeframes
• Training team members and new hires, when required
• Providing administrative support to line management as required
The ideal candidate will:
• Have previous supervisory experience
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively achieve results and meet service delivery requirements
• Be able to interact effectively with customers and clients at all levels and to meet and manage customer and client expectations
• Have a strong set of personal values which match those of the organisation and the vision of the Company
• Be comfortable with technology and proficient in Excel
The role is full time, working an average of 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekend and evenings. The rate of pay for this role is £13.19 per hour.
