Site Supervisor

Due to new contract wins, our client, a leading name in construction and maintenance building services across Scotland, is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor for a contract role in Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity to start your career in construction; graduates are welcome.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on local authority sites, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. A company van will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities
2. Ensure health & safety compliance across the site
3. Communicate effectively with site manager, subcontractors, tenants, and suppliers
4. Manage site records and reporting
5. Monitor project progress and quality of workmanship

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Experience as a Site Supervisor in construction; graduates welcome
2. SSSTS certification (essential)
3. First Aid at Work certification (essential)
4. Full UK driving licence (essential)
5. Strong leadership and organisational skills
6. Proactive and solution-focused mindset
