Job summary

Wetherby High School is seeking a Site Superintendent to support the Site and Operations Manager with the management of the school site and facilities during the build and transition period.

The post holder will also coach students and participate in our Coaching Programme, House System, flexible learning and break/invigilation duties, all while upholding our restorative ethos and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management in education preferred.
• Coaching or mentoring experience desirable.

What skills and experience we're looking for

Wetherby High School is in an exciting phase of development, with a new state of the art building for the school community planned to start construction next year. To enhance our team, we are now seeking a Site Superintendent to assist the Site and Operations Manager with the management of the school site and associated facilities, taking responsibility for the management and development of key processes across the school.

This is an ideal opportunity to develop a rewarding career in premises management working alongside our Site and Operations Manager through the build and transition process.
