From championing best in class culture to driving sustainable practices, you will be the definitive force behind optimising our workspaces for peak performance and employee satisfaction.

  • Pioneering and executing a comprehensive site strategy that serves as a cornerstone for our vision, values and culture.

  • Providing leadership and mentorship to our Vibe Leads, ensuring consistently exceptional experiences across all locations.

  • Cultivating and managing high value relationships with key vendors, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable practices across our portfolio.

  • Spearheading the overarching health, safety, Business continuity across all sites.

  • Orchestrating high-impact, cross-site initiatives that unite our people and strengthen our community.

  • Championing cutting-edge tools, innovative layouts and dynamic environments that significantly enhance collaboration, productivity and overall workplace engagement.

  • You possess a proven track record in workplace strategy, facilities management, or site leadership, including Health and Safety.

  • You are a deeply empathetic leader with a demonstrated ability to cultivate positive, inclusive and high performing environments.

  • You exhibit exceptional proficiency in coordinating complex initiatives across diverse teams and a broad network of vendors.

  • You are a proactive, highly organised and results oriented professional with a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.

  • You skilfully navigate the balance between strategic foresight and precise operational execution.

  • Expert knowledge of health and safety regulations and sustainability best practices in corporate settings.

  • Experience in contract negotiation and sophisticated vendor relationship management.

  • A profound understanding of advanced employee experience and wellbeing frameworks.

  • A sophisticated understanding of office design principles and spatial optimisation strategies.

  • A proven ability to leverage data analytics and insights to drive significant operational and experiential improvements.
