Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Site Services Team Member to join our team at KP Snacks. Fancy being part of a group where your ideas matter and your growth is celebrated? Keep reading – this might just be your next adventure!

As a Site Services Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of site services, working as part of our structured engineering team. Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you’ll bring a flexible, practical approach to a wide variety of tasks — from building repairs and general site maintenance to supporting statutory checks and audits. You’ll be hands-on in maintaining key site services, including boilers, air compressors, effluent systems and sprinkler systems, helping to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile maintenance professional to contribute to a high-performing food manufacturing environment while continuing to develop new skills.

What will you be doing?

Carrying out statutory inspections, building repairs and general site maintenance to a high standard

Working collaboratively with the engineering and manufacturing teams to keep the site running smoothly

Contributing to continuous improvement and preparation for technical audits

Developing your expertise across a broad range of maintenance activities in a supportive team
