Site Services Manager
Wrexham
60,000 Per Annum
gap technical are proud to be representing a market-leading manufacturing business in their search for a Site Services Manager to join their team at their Wrexham facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities or Site Services professional with a background in manufacturing to step into a senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Site Services Engineers, prioritising and delegating maintenance activities across a large, complex site
  • Ensure full compliance across the site through regular inspections (e.g. legionella monitoring)
  • Drive efficiency improvements such as energy reduction, waste management, and process optimisation
  • Oversee site-related projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all maintenance and compliance activities are accurately recorded
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Ensure departmental systems, procedures, and policies are followed consistently
  • Monitor technical systems to ensure food safety and quality compliance, providing documentation for due diligence
  • Organise and manage all third-party contractors working on-site

Candidate Requirements

  • Proactive, flexible, and reliable, with a hands-on approach to supporting operational needs
