Due to increased business demand and ongoing site expansion, our client is now looking to recruit a Site Services Manager to lead and support the engineering services across a large-scale manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

• Lead and support the engineering services across a large-scale manufacturing facility.
• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and compliance of all site utilities including steam boilers, refrigeration systems, water treatment, and associated services.
• Lead a small team of site service engineers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices (e.g. Legionella management).

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Apprentice Trained
• Strong manufacturing background essential (FMCG preferred)
• Management experience, including leading teams and contractors
• Refrigeration systems experience
• Legionella awareness and compliance understanding
• Experience with steam boiler maintenance and operation
