Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a maintenance assistant to support the engineering team in repairing trays, boxes, and equipment, with flexibility to cover holidays and day shifts. The role reports to the maintenance manager and works closely with production staff.

The ideal candidate is IT literate, can make decisions, and manage time effectively to keep production lines running smoothly. Basic repair tasks and quick problem solving are part of daily duties.

To report directly to the maintenance manager. They will be required to work independently as required and have a good working relationship with the engineers and the production team.
