Are you a hands-on engineer with a knack for keeping complex systems running like clockwork? We're working with a major manufacturer to find a Site Services Engineer to play a crucial role in maintaining the heartbeat of factory operations.
This is a practical, fast-paced role ideal for someone with solid technical experience and a proactive mindset who's ready to take ownership of essential site infrastructure and utilities.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as first response for site service issues-boilers, HVAC, chillers, RO plant, and more
Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across critical systems and equipment
Supporting factory operations by ensuring reliable delivery of utilities and infrastructure services
Overseeing contractors and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and site standards
Keeping detailed maintenance records and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For
Proven experience with boilers, HVAC, RO systems, chillers, and other site utilities
Skilled in fault finding, preventative maintenance, and working with MEP systems
Comfortable supervising external contractors and managing site safety protocols
A good understanding of water treatment, fire safety, and ATEX environments
Desirable: BOAS accreditation, M&E trade qualifications, and a full UK driving licence
