Samworth Brothers is seeking a hands-on Site Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) to maintain the safe, efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. In a fast-paced FMCG environment you’ll respond to breakdowns, support planned maintenance and ensure facilities remain compliant and operational.
You’ll work across electrical distribution, lighting, boilers, compressed air and CMMS, collaborating with teams to improve reliability and performance while adhering to permit-to-work processes.

This position would suit a hands-on engineer with a strong electrical background who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and as part of a team, and supporting a fast-paced FMCG production environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining critical site services, responding to breakdowns, supporting planned maintenance activities, and ensuring our facilities remain compliant, safe, and operational at all times.
