Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a Site Services lead to set the site energy strategy and oversee a comprehensive maintenance plan for reliability across utilities including steam, water, electricity, and HVAC. The role drives energy efficiency, environmental projects, and CMMS-driven maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Provide effective people management and supervision with excellent communication.
• Demonstrate operational experience in cost management and control.
• Identify and drive operational efficiency.
• Possess good organisation and project management skills.
• Strong communicator with ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Independent worker and strong team player.
• Good understanding of industrial boiler operations and effluent/refrigeration systems.
• Proven experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Services team and set energy strategy for reliable asset maintenance.
• Own site utilities management and energy/sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a 100% compliant maintenance programme via CMMS systems.
• Liaise with suppliers/contractors to control costs and capture savings.
• Oversee energy data analysis, audits, and target setting to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
