Job description

Sites Services Coordinator
Our north Hereford based client requires an experienced Site Services Coordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to assist the department supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the business, overseeing the daily operations of Engineers from planned maintenance and reactive tasks to quoted jobs.


What you can expect:

  1. Working hours: Monday to Friday - office hours
  2. 33 days holidays including bank holidays
  3. Starting salary £26,300 per annum

What you will be doing:

  1. Be the main point of contact, supporting our engineers and clients with clear communication, resource planning, and swift problem-solving for urgent tasks.
  2. Work closely with the larger team to manage and allocate skills based on skillsets, availability, routes, and customer preferences.
  3. Raise and allocate service orders, procure parts, and schedule maintenance efficiently.
  4. Take customer calls and provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  5. Order and manage parts for quoted and maintenance works, making sure everything's ready for our engineers' visits.

What you will need:

  1. Previous customer service experience
  2. Previous administration experience
  3. Excellent IT skills including use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office package
  4. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and concise communication style
  5. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  6. Strong evidence of an ability to work well within a team
