Qualifications

Site Service Coordinator Duties
  • Days 07:00 – 15:30 (Flexible)
  • Support the Site Services Manager in maintaining a safe plant and ensuring audit readiness in line with all relevant standards
  • Ensure legal compliance and record-keeping for site utilities (water, air, electricity) and systems (Legionella, boilers, pressure, lighting, fire)
  • Use SAP effectively for shift operations, ensuring accurate data entry and performance diagnostics
  • Assist in developing and applying best practices in maintenance to improve reliability, efficiency, and safety
  • Contribute to small project coordination, including scope, scheduling, EH&S planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Responsible for utility monitoring
