Nuclear Restoration Services are seeking a Site Services Contract Manager to lead the delivery of multiple site-based service contracts, ensuring safe, compliant operations and value for money. We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Site Services Contract Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of site-based service contracts, ensuring seamless delivery, exceptional service standards, and ongoing value for money. This is a highly visible role where you'll collaborate with Asset Management, Engineering, Infrastructure teams, and key suppliers to optimise contract performance and support strategic business objectives.

You will lead and coordinate the delivery of all site service contracts, optimising CEMAR where possible, ensuring work is effectively planned, scheduled and delivered in partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
You’ll drive contract performance through robust administration, reporting, and communication, ensuring service levels consistently meet business expectations.
You will Champion safety and compliance, ensuring all contracted services operate in line with statutory requirements and Asset Management strategies.
Continuously review site service requirements, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, maximise value for money, and deliver sustainable cost savings.
Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams and suppliers.
Have commercial awareness with the ability to monitor performance, challenge costs and identify opportunities for service improvement and savings.
Significant experience within Operations, Maintenance, Facilities Management, Engineering or Technical functions gained in a nuclear environment or a similarly regulated, high-hazard industry, with a strong understanding of site operations and service delivery.
Proven knowledge and experience of maintenance and facilities management activities, including managing service contracts, work planning, scheduling, contract performance management, plant operations and the successful administration of NEC contracts.
A strong understanding of regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements, including site licence conditions, CDM regulations, company procedures and statutory obligations, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills, supported by experience using CAFM/CMMS systems, enabling you to manage multiple stakeholders, optimise service delivery and drive continuous improvement across site-based contracts.
