Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Site Services team, promoting a positive, high-performance culture.
• Manage site utilities and facilities, ensuring compliance, uptime, and efficiency.
• Deliver improvements and cost savings through projects, energy reduction, and best practice.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety standards and legislation.
• Experienced in training staff and implementing new equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in managing planned preventative maintenance schedules.
• Experience within the Utilities Department
