What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience booking and coordinating service or engineering visits in a technical or field services setting.
  • Confident in handling customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively between customers, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable using web-based systems for data entry, document uploads, and maintaining online accounts.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Organise commissioning and rectification visits, liaising with customers and engineers.
  • Maintain and update engineer diaries, adjusting for cancellations or last-minute changes.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure all technical, site, and customer information is up to date.
  • Monitor system faults, arrange rectification visits, and assign engineers accordingly.
  • Maintain the Smart Scan portal: upload certificates, drawings, contract details, and more.
  • Set up and manage customer web accounts.
  • Ensure all pre- and post-commissioning information is captured and updated as needed.
