Site Services Administrator

What you'll do:

• Provide professional administrative support to the Site Services Team, including interaction with clients and senior managers.
• Manage day-to-day activities such as raising purchase orders, invoicing, and liaising with subcontractors.
• Support financial processes including monthly reporting, cost control, and payroll management.
• Maintain and update internal systems like SAP, IMS, SharePoint portals, and document management systems.
• Organize and attend departmental meetings, prepare minutes, and assist with company training courses.
• Ensure compliance by auditing contractor files, processing quotes, and supporting safety and environmental management systems.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within facilities or site services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with internal systems such as SAP, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• A proactive approach to compliance and safety procedures.
