Job summary

Parkside is seeking a Site Service Technician to support equipment at a client factory in Norwich. The role covers installation, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance to keep production running 24/7.

You will complete product training, handle on-site engagements, and work a 4-shift 12-hour rota (days and nights) with a 12-month FTC. Requires electrical/mechanical background and 3-phase knowledge.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience required.
• 3-Phase electrical systems knowledge.
• 1–3 years in break-fix service preferred.
• Valid driving license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, troubleshooting and break-fix service onsite.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and performance optimization.
• Provide SOP operator training to customers.
• Ensure equipment uptime and high level of customer satisfaction.

Our client are an international company that supply equipment and machinery at a clients factory in NORWICH. This role is based on the client site supporting the equipment keeping the factory running 24/7.

Must have:

• Electrical Mechanical experience
• 3 Phase

This is a 12 Months FTC

£32Kpa + £19Kpa shift allowance, 4 shift / 12 hour Rota.

• Supports the customer on a rotating shift pattern of four days 7am 7pm; four days rest; four nights 7pm 7am, four days rest, repeating.

Mission:

To be the front-line support for customer engagement on maintenance, knowledge, optimization, and performance of assigned equipment and ensure customers can utilize this equipment at the highest level of efficiency and uptime.

Position Summary:

The Site Service Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal performance and uptime of assigned equipment in a professional and customer centric approach. This role must complete expert level training for assigned products and be able to perform onsite customer engagements including installation, troubleshooting, break fix service, preventative maintenance, performance optimization and standard operating procedure (SOP) operator training to ensure all equipment is operating at the highest level of performance upon service engagement completion.

Desired Requirements:

• High school / Primary technical education required and associate level technical college degree or greater preferred.
• 1 to 3 years experience in a break fix service environment preferred.
• Maintenance of a clear and safe driving record.
