  • Strong PC literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform methodical diagnosis, repair, and testing of electromechanical equipment.
  • Conduct planned and preventative maintenance as per OEM requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts usage, inventory, and service reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
  • Proactively identify and recommend service improvements.

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to join their service team. This is a great opportunity to be the face of our client, providing essential engineering support and building strong relationships at a key customer site in London. The Purpose of the Role:

As our Site Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring their customer's machinery operates at peak performance. You will deliver a first-class engineering service through corrective and preventative maintenance. Your broad technical knowledge and excellent customer-facing skills will be key to maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform methodical diagnosis, repair, and testing of electromechanical equipment to achieve a speedy first-time fix on all breakdowns.
  • Conduct planned and preventative maintenance in strict accordance with OEM requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts usage, inventory, and all service reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with all company customer Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with the customer, acting as a representative of our client in daily interactions and meetings.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for service, reliability, and performance improvements.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience):
