We specialise in optimising asset performance, including motors, gear boxes, pumps, machining induction, condition monitoring and fabrication services.

Key Responsibilities

Main Tasks and Deliverables:

  • Carrying out inspection and fault analysis on all types of industrial and commercial electromechanical equipment – primarily rotating equipment, pumps, fans, electric motors on our client’s sites.
  • Dismantle of the said equipment and preparing fault / repair reports.
  • Working alone or with a team.
  • Ability to liaise with subcontractors such as cranes, scaffolding, plant access.
  • Testing, rebuild and commission of repaired items.
  • Recommendation for replacement with new items / spares required.
  • Attending breakdown work on client’s site.
  • Undertaking routine service work on client’s site.
  • Work within the Company’s quality, H&S and environmental procedures.

Skills and Experience

  • Mechanical fitter experience.
  • Understanding of mechanical repair techniques.
  • Reading and understanding all technical aspects from drawings and parts lists.
  • Knowledge of H&S basic skills on a construction / production site.
  • Good communication skills between customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of water process equipment, plants and industry.
  • Knowledge of general heavy industry such as steel, paper, power etc.
