Site / Senior Site Manager - External Works & Decarbonisation

Location: Northwest London

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + Package

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Site or Senior Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-profile external works and decarbonisation projects across Northwest London.

This role is ideal for a technically strong, hands-on leader with a solid background in construction. You'll be overseeing the day-to-day management of site operations, driving quality and compliance, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all on-site activities, acting as the primary lead on external and decarbonisation projects
2. Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and materials
3. Ensure full compliance with H&S and CDM requirements
4. Monitor project progress, manage site documentation, and lead daily/weekly site briefings
5. Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
6. Support or lead on programme management (experience in this is a bonus)
